2. Eligibility and Membership

• Registration is free unless otherwise stated.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Mindhube reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

3. Platform Role and Disclaimer

• The Platform enables discovery and connection with independent professionals.
• The Platform may facilitate payments through third-party providers.
• The Platform does not supervise, manage, or control professional services.

Mindhube is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by Professionals.

All Professionals operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Mindhube.

4. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

Mindhube is not a medical or mental health treatment provider. The Platform does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.

Mindhube does not provide emergency, crisis, or 24/7 support services.

5. User Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Using bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
• Violating intellectual property or third-party rights
• Attempting to bypass the Platform for off-platform payments

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. Payments and Fees

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• Mindhube may charge a commission or service fee.
• Prices and fees may be updated at any time.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, and no-show rules are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, visuals, software, and trademarks on the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Mindhube shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from services provided by Professionals or from interactions between Users and Professionals.

10. Termination

Users may close their account at any time. Mindhube may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
